Gurudwara Tibbi Sahib, Muktsar, Punjab

Gurudwara Tibbi Sahib is situated at Muktsar city near to Gurudwara Muktsar Sahib. This Gurudwara is related to tenth Guru of Sikhs Guru Gobind Singh Ji.

Guru Gobind Singh Ji when reached here then chosen this place to stay as there was a sandy terrain at this place and due to that it provided a very good view over the area. During the battle between the Forty Muktas and the Mughals, Guru Gobind Singh Ji helped the sikhs by shooting arrows from this place.

Gurudwara Tambu Sahib, Muktsar, Punjab

Gurdwara Tambu Sahib is located in the city of Muktsar in the Main Sadar Bazar on the Muktsar-Bhatinda Road.

 

Gurudwara Tambu Sahib, Muktsar, Punjab is a place where under the leadership of Mai Bhago Ji the Sikhs deceived the Mughals when they were searching for Guru Gobind Singh Ji.

The Mughals were searching for Guru Gobind Singh Ji and reached at this place. The Sikhs spreads their belongings in such a manner  that it seemed as if a large number of tents had been set up and a large force camping here.

Gurudwara Reru Sahib, Nandpur, Sahnewal, Ludhiana (Punjab)

Gurudwara Reru Sahib is situated at Village Nandpur near Sahnewal. This Gurudwara Sahib is situated on Ludhiana-Sahnewal Road. Guru Gobind Singh Ji came here while traveling from Machiwara to Alamgir with Bhai Daya Singh Ji, Bhai Dharam Singh Ji, Bhai Maan Singh Ji, Gani Khan and Nabi Khan.

Guru Gobind Singh Ji stayed here on the night of 27/28 December, 1704, spent a night under the Reru tree. The Reru tree is still here just beside the Gurudwara and due to the Reru Tree this Gurudwara is called Reru Sahib.

Gurudwara Charan Kamal, Machiwara, Ludhiana (Punjab)

Gurudwara Charan Kamal, Machiwara is the place where Guru Gobind Singh ji came after the Mughal emperor Aurangzeb attacked the Fort at Chamkaur Sahib.

Guru Gobind singh ji stayed here for a while and took rest and also drank water from the Well which still exists here.

Guru Gobind Singh ji also sang the shabad "Mitra Pyare Nu" at this place.

The two out of five (Panj) Pyare i.e Bhai Dharam Singh ji and Bhai Daya Singh ji met Guru Gobind Singh ji here.

The Gurudwara is situated around 35 kms from Ludhiana City and and around 9 kms from Samrala Town.

Gurudwara Rakabsar Sahib, Mukatsar, Punjab

'Gurudwara Rakabsar Sahib' is situated at city 'Mukatsar' of 'Punjab' (India) region. As per history when Guru Gobind Singh ji (10th Guru of Sikhs) came here and tried to mount his horse, the stirrup (Rakab) of the horse got broken. The stirrup is still lying in the Gurudwara.

The Gurudwara is situated just opposite to Gurudwara Tibbi Sahib and at a distance of around 3 kms from Gurudwara Tutti Gandi Sahib.

Gurudwara Sri Degsar Sahib, Katani Sahib, Ludhiana, Punjab

Gurdwara Degsar Sahib commonly know as Gurdwara Katana Sahib is related to 6th Guru (Sri Guru Hargobind Singh Ji) & 10th Guru (Sri Guru Gobind Singh Ji) of Sikhs.

Gurdwara Degsar Sahib is situated in village Katana alongwith Sirhind Canal near Grand Trunk Road. It is 25 kms. from Ludhiana, and 5 kms. from Doraha.

Shri Guru Hargobind Singh Ji came to this place in the year 1675 having 7 cannons, 1100 horse riders & Chandu Qaidi (the one who was involved in Shri Guru Arjun Dev Ji martyrdom) and with 52 flower buds with which he freed 52 prisoners from Gwalior fort.

Shri Guru Gobind Singh Ji came here in the year 1761 along with Bhai Daya Singh, Bhai Dharam Singh, Bhai Maan Singh, Bhai Nabi Khan & Bhai Gani Khan. Guru Gobind Singh Ji distributed the "Deg" with his holy hands & named this place as "Degsar Sahib". Now it is believed that whoever offers Deg with a promise, his desire is fulfilled.
